Refund policy

At Magnelo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your magnetic mat, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Products that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to return: Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, ship the item to our address and we'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Defective or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
